    メールの添付ファイルを指定のURLからダウンロードする方式に変更いたします
  3. 注意事項
    当社より送付するメールの添付ファイルダウンロード URL にアクセスできない場合、受信者側の IT 担当者にご連絡いただき、以下の FQDN へのアクセス許可設定を行ってください。

    *.transfer.hennge.com

    または、受信者側のITポリシーによりファイルアップローダーのご利用を禁止されている場合は当社担当者にご連絡ください。

[Notification]Change in Handling of Email Attachments

We would like to inform you that, effective August 2025, we will be changing the method used for sending email attachments.
To enhance security and improve file delivery reliability, attachments will now be sent via download link instead of being decryption using a password separately or download from our file uploader to the email.

    From Monday, August 18, 2025, the change will be implemented in stages.

    We will introduce the security solution “HENNGE Email DLP” and change the method of delivering email attachments to a format where files are downloaded from a designated URL.

    If you are unable to access the attachment download URL provided in emails from our company, please contact your IT administrator and request access permission to the following FQDN:

    If your IT policy prohibits the use of file uploaders, please contact your representative at our company.
