TID supports information distribution systems that require prompt service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We monitor and detect device malfunctions in real time, promptly issue problem notifications and immediately start the recovery process.

TID engineers provide support services for market data systems, news distribution systems, dedicated receiving terminals, specified worker dispatching undertaking, and systems constructed by the customer.
