Efforts for ISO acquisition
Outline
In 1999, TID (the Sun Support Group, the division name at the time) acquired ISO 9001:1994, the international standard for quality management systems(QMS). Since then, we have been successful in extending the scope of the certificate to the point that the entire company obtained extended certification (certified and registered) in September, 2001. The information security management system(ISMS) began operation in November 2007, and in April 2009, we acquired the company-wide expansion certification for the ISO27001:2005.
After migrating and updating each revision of the standards of each management system, TID continue to this day to keep.
In the future, each employee is committed to the acquisition of specialized expertise and to the improvement of service quality. Each employee delivers carefully-crafted, customer-oriented service through the implementation and reinforcement of the quality management system. At the same time, TID reaffirms that it is a part of the service quality to maintain and offer advanced information security, and has the best interest in protecting the information property of the customer TID keeps and aims at the further expansion and improvement of the information security management system.
