April 1953

Mr. D. L. Piller of Aeronautical Radio, Inc., established a company named Ground Communication Service in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, to offer maintenance and repair services for teletype machines used by domestic and foreign airlines.

April 1956

By taking over all businesses from Mr. D. L. Pillar, Toyo Insatsu Denshinki Co., Ltd., was established with capital of 1.5 million yen at the site of Haneda Airport, Tokyo.

April 1963

Osaka sales office opened.

June 1967

Capital increased to 10 million yen.

April 1970

Nagoya liaison branch opened.

May 1973

Capital increased to 20 million yen.

April 1975

Osaka sales office reorganized into the Osaka branch.

April 1976

Nagoya liaison branch reorganized into the Nagoya sales office.

April 1976

Capital increased to 30 million yen.

February 1978

Narita sales office opened.

July 1982

Capital increased to 45 million yen.

July 1985

Nagoya sales office reorganized into the Nagoya branch.

April 1986

Fukuoka sales office opened.

April 1986

Toyo Insatsu Denshinki renamed TID Limited.

July 1991

Capital increased to 75 million yen.

April 1992

Narita sales office reorganized into the Narita branch.

June 1994

Kansai International Airport Office opened.

December 1998

New Tokyo headquarters building completed.

April 1999

Fukuoka sales office reorganized into the Fukuoka branch.

June 1999

Capital increased to 120 million yen.
